The Role
We are looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences and ensuring outstanding care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Observe, assess, and track children’s progress
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting preferred
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
