Indiana Healthcare is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team, providing 1:1 support to a client in St Austell.

Pay & Benefits
- £13.00 per hour
- 45p per mile mileage allowance
- Immediate start available

- Supportive management and ongoing training - Apprenticeships and NVQs.
Available Shifts
- 12-hour shifts
- 24-hour shifts
- Sleep-in shifts (10:00pm – 7:00am)
Your Role
You will provide person-centred support, including:
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Supporting the client to access the community and attend activities
- Promoting independence while ensuring the client's safety and wellbeing
- Building a positive, trusting relationship with the client
What We're Looking For
- Caring, reliable, and professional individuals
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is highly desirable, as this will help facilitate an immediate start.
