LOCATION: Chatham, Kent
PAY RATE: £19.00 per hour

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Handyperson to join an ongoing construction project in Chatham, Kent.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out a variety of general site duties, including but not limited to:
General maintenance and repair works
Basic carpentry and finishing tasks
Making good works and snagging
Assisting site management with day-to-day requirements
Installing site protection and temporary works
Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
Supporting trades on site where required
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Applicants must have:
A valid CSCS Card (essential)
Previous experience working as a Handyperson on construction sites
Full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots, gloves, etc.)
Own basic hand tools preferred
Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Checkable work references
