I'm currently working with a well-regarded construction consultancy in London that’s actively looking to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support their growing infrastructure portfolio.

Ideal Background:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying (consultancy or contractor background welcome)
- Proven track record in infrastructure projects – particularly rail, highways, utilities, or civils
- Experience with NEC3/4 contracts
- Strong commercial acumen and client-facing communication skills
- MRICS or working towards (support provided if required)
