Hours: 20 per week, term time only
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Grade 1 (£13.45 per hour)
The Governors of East Crompton St James School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable, well-motivated and organised person to work as a Catering Assistant in our school kitchen. This is an exciting role that will involve working within our Federative Catering Team, assisting our Cook Supervisor serve up delicious dishes to our children and staff. Our kitchen vision is ‘Catering for Children,’ our aim is to provide nutritious meals to our children to fuel them in their learning.
Previous experience working within catering is essential, along with a certificate for Food Hygiene or a willingness to complete this training. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointment to this post will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
