What we are looking for
You will have integrity, be an excellent communicator and a can do attitude is a must. You must be eager to learn and be able to excel and creating the perfect cup of coffee for each guest.
We are looking for someone who has experience is a fast paced environment, with preferable team work experience in customer facing environment.
The Role
As a Barista you will be friendly and approachable , flexible , and willing to exceed expectations to deliver fantastic results. Be open and honest with a positive can do attitude, taking a genuine interest in the business. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Complete and pass all company training required for the role.
- To operate the till inline with cash handling procedures.
- To drive sales by replenishment of display/ fridges in line with guidance.
- To be knowledgeable and confident about all products demonstrated by advising customers and answering questions.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and cleanliness across the store inline with cleaning schedules
