Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with cleaning industry experience who is ready to take on additional responsibility by supporting the day-to-day management of our cleaning operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Cleaning Manager in overseeing daily cleaning operations.
- Supervise and motivate cleaning staff.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Assist with staff scheduling and rota planning.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Cover cleaning duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning.
- Supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (if travel between sites is required).
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.

Job Details
- Job Type: Part-time 12 - 24 hours a week (starting)
- Location: Padstow
- Schedule: Weekends are required.
