Role Overview
We are looking for an on-site talented and experienced Superintendent Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) with a proven track record in online pharmacy. The ideal candidate will hold an independent prescriber qualification and have experience working in a remote weight loss service.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team to achieve the company’s performance targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of Rightangled Pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring the pharmacy meets all legal and ethical requirements, including GPhC and MHRA regulations.

Manage and mentor a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Develop and implement strategies to grow the pharmacy’s customer base, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

Work closely with the executive team to set and achieve the company’s sales and performance KPIs, ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Ensure seamless integration of new services and products, while optimising existing operations to improve the customer experience.

Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to adapt and innovate in a competitive market.

Develop relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and healthcare professionals to expand the pharmacy’s reach and services.

Drive initiatives that enhance the pharmacy’s digital presence, improve marketing efforts and optimise the online customer journey.

6+ months of prescribing experience, with a proven track record of managing and growing pharmacy operations.

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.

Excellent understanding of UK pharmacy regulations and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and safety standards.

Commercially astute with a strong focus on achieving targets, and KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Nice to have: Experience prescribing GLP-1 medication
