We're growing rapidly, and with ambitious plans for the UK and European markets, we're looking for an energetic, commercially minded, and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our expanding Commercial Team.

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, creating new opportunities, building relationships, and helping transport businesses discover the value of SNAP's solutions.
Working closely with our wider Commercial Team, you'll engage prospective customers through outbound telephone activity, digital channels, and structured sales campaigns. You'll identify opportunities, qualify leads, nurture relationships, and help convert conversations into long-term business growth.
This is not a call centre role. It's a commercial sales position where you'll have a direct impact on revenue growth and business success.
What You'll Be Doing

Proactively engaging new prospects through outbound telephone and digital sales activity.

Building strong relationships with transport operators, fleet managers, and industry decision-makers.

Identifying customer challenges and matching them with SNAP's innovative solutions.

Generating and qualifying new sales opportunities for the wider Commercial Team.

Managing and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Supporting tender submissions and commercial proposals.

Developing relationships with existing customers to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborating closely with Business Development Managers and key stakeholders across the business.

Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on activity and performance.
