Experienced Crane Operator
Location: Dumbarton / Bellshill
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 39 hours per week (occasional weekend work)
We are currently seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our established and growing team. This is a permanent role offering competitive pay, consistent hours, and enhanced overtime rates.
experienced Crane Operator Key Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of cranes on a variety of sites
- Carrying out lifting operations in line with site plans and safety procedures
- Daily checks and basic maintenance of equipment
- Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth operations
- Adhering to all health & safety regulations at all times
experienced Crane Operator Requirements
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid Blue Card (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Flexible approach to occasional weekend work

- Standard working week: 39 hours, Monday to Friday
- Overtime rates:
- x1.5 for the first 4 hours
- x2 after 4 hours
