We are an established appliance repair company based in London working all over the capital repairing and replacing domestic appliances on behalf of our clients. Due to continued growth we are looking for experienced engineers to join the team. We have roles based in all areas of London
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our engineers are required to:
- Attend up to 8 repairs a day, no more than this!
- No Drum Changes or Refrigeration systems!
- Perform diagnostics of problem with appliance and complete the repair if van stock allows or if parts are not needed in order to resolve.
- Keep our live system up to date with reports, photo’s and information needed to progress the repair as fast as possible.
- Install parts that have been ordered previously which are hand delivered to engineers three times per week.
- Repair all makes of appliances.
About You
· You will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience repairing and maintaining domestic appliances, working in a multi brand environment.
· Full UK driving licence
· Good interpersonal skills
· Deliver exceptional customer service
· Tidy in your work
