Overview

Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Implement effective sales strategies to enhance store performance and profitability.
- Conduct regular training sessions to develop team members' skills in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing through effective merchandising and presentation.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse customer base.
- Solid understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Administrative experience with proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
