Internal Sales Executive
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Salary: £30-£35K+ Bonus Scheme
Hours: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for re-engaging lapsed customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets through proactive outbound contact.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and re-engage lapsed customers to rebuild relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to maximise account growth and retention.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and activity targets.
- Generate quotations, process orders, and follow up on enquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and support.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, account management, or customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in making outbound sales calls.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office, Sage and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
