Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality paintwork on a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans and alloy refurbishment.
This role requires attention to detail, strong technical ability, and pride in producing exceptional finishes.
Responsibilities
- Anything up to full body vehicle respray, and ability to blend panels.
- Ability to paint diamond cut wheels to a high standard.
- Operate spray guns and other painting equipment with precision and care.
- Colour matching and mixing, using modern paint systems.
- Using water-based, solvent-based and clearcoat, ensuring a smooth and consistent finish.
- Inspect finished work for quality, making touch-ups or corrections as required.
- Ability to respray panels and wheels at speed while maintaining quality, within a fast-paced workshop.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Extensive experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, including experience of painting wheels.
- Experience with spray guns and other associated painting equipment.
- Strong understanding of paint systems.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality paint finishes.
- Strong organisation and time management skills - able to plan workloads, prioritise jobs, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of bodyshop safety and equipment care.
Pay: £22.00-£26.00 per hour
