Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Take customer orders over the phone and in person, accurately recording details.
- Prepare filled rolls and salad boxes to order.
- Serve cakes and savoury items, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter and production areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide holiday cover and assist with flexible shift coverage when needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Possesses an NVQ in Customer Service or has experience in a similar role.
- Methodical and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate completion of production sheets.
- Maths and English to GCSE level or above
- A full English driving licence is preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Is a team player who is clean, tidy, and respects the workplace.
- Is reliable and flexible, with the ability to cover shifts as required.
- Has a passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
