Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Day Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising during daily activities, playtime, and mealtimes
- Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, family's, and team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and documentation purposes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow care plans accurately
- Compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence
Pay: £12.21-£13.77 per hour
