Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Qualified football coach to join our team in <LOCATION>. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing young players' skills and promoting teamwork, aligning with our mission to nurture future football enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions tailored to various age groups.
- Assess players' skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among young athletes.
- Organize and oversee match day activities, ensuring safety and fair play.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and other coaches to support player development.
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment that encourages participation.
- Keep accurate records of training progress and player achievements.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate young players.
- Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Passion for youth development through sport.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in youth sports.
