Production Operative
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team. You will support day-to-day production activities, ensuring products are manufactured, packed, and documented in line with quality and safety standards. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and bottling equipment following established procedures.
- Carry out filling, packing, and cleaning activities.
- Complete production documentation accurately and follow GMP procedures.
- Perform quality checks and report equipment issues or production deviations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and housekeeping.
- Support stock control and warehouse activities when required.
About You
We welcome applicants with experience in manufacturing, production, food manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing, or similar environments. Candidates with a medical or healthcare background are also encouraged to apply, and such experience is preferred.
You will be:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts and a 7-day rota.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
Experience working with GMP, bottling, or packing lines is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Pay: £13.91-£14.39 per hour
