Part of the Sunday Hotels portfolio, it sits next to the National Trust's Box Hill. A reconstructed 16th-century barn featuring Spanish Armada timbers, capable of hosting up to 200 guests. Features a heated outdoor swimming pool (lido) set in 3 acres of gardens, an all-day dining restaurant, and five meeting rooms.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Manager to oversee sales activities across multiple hotel properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and hotel profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive sales performance across a cluster of hotel properties.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate, leisure, travel trade, and group business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, corporate accounts, and event organizers.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Operations, and Marketing teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong network within corporate, travel, and hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems.
