Central Employment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client – a leading UK door retailer – for Reach FLT / Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team in Middlesbrough.

The Role:

Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently

Lifting products weighing up to 25kg alone and up to 60kg as part of a team

Performing general warehouse duties

Scanning and logging products with high accuracy to avoid delays or additional costs

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Contributing positively as a proactive team member
Requirements:

Valid Reach Truck Licence is essential

Strong attention to detail

Ability to read and scan barcodes accurately

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to take initiative
Shift Patterns (Static Shifts – No Rotation):

Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Back Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am (Sunday to Thursday)
