We have an exciting role on offer within our Community Learning Service as a Connect to Work Coordinator.
Middlesbrough Community Learning plays a crucial role in delivering high quality, impactful services that support residents in securing employment and gaining valuable skills.
We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to lead and develop a high performing team of IPS and SEQF Employability Officers, ensuring the delivery of high quality, evidence based employment support for residents. The Connect to Work Coordinator will ensure the service provides personalised, outcome focused support that helps individuals overcome barriers and progress into sustainable employment.
A key aspect of the role involves building strong, collaborative relationships with employers, health partners, referral agencies, and wider stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities, strengthen service pathways, and champion inclusive employment across Middlesbrough.
The Coordinator will drive performance, uphold quality standards, and embed a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the programme delivers impactful, person centred outcomes.
