Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various premises, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including communal spaces, and using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with company policies and health regulations
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina, able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks effectively
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols is advantageous
