About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Inventory Clerk to join a growing property business in Harborne.
This role combines property inspections with administration duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being out and about, working independently, and interacting with people. Full training will be provided alongside a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property inventories, check-ins, and check-outs
- Visit residential properties across Birmingham and surrounding areas
- Produce accurate inventory and inspection reports
- Take photographs of property condition
- Complete administrative and compliance checks
- Update records using company software and systems
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and letting agents
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and accuracy
Requirements Essential:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to a vehicle
