The Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help create a polished and personalized shopping environment, ensuring every client receives expert guidance for their special occasion. You lead by example on the sales floor, motivate the team, and uphold exceptional presentation and service standards.
Main duties will include:
- Responsibility for opening and closing procedures.
- Supervising the store team, working closely with Store Management.
- Supervising stock / inventory.
- Supporting Store Management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the stores KPI results.
- Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales.
- Providing strong duty management skills and supporting sales staff to achieve their goals.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Solid experience of at least 2-3 years working in a supervisory/store management position. Previous tailoring experience is essential.
- Experience of working within retail, preferably fashion retail.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends at times.
