We’re looking for a confident, capable Lead Dental Nurse who can inspire a team, keep a busy practice running smoothly, and deliver exceptional patient care every single day.
Our practice is large, established, and thriving, with 6 Surgeries. It’s a fast-moving, high-energy environment where teamwork, organisation, and leadership make all the difference.
This isn’t a role where you sit back and watch things happen. We need someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and keeps everything moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting a large team of dental nurses
- Keeping surgeries organised, prepared, and running efficiently
- Supporting clinicians to deliver excellent patient care
- Managing daily challenges with confidence and professionalism
- Helping maintain high clinical and compliance standards
- Creating a positive, supportive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Dental Nurse
- Registered with the GDC
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Approachable, supportive, and professional
- A team player who thrives in a busy, dynamic practice
