Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in a village between Thatcham and Reading. Due to the rural location of the client's home, you will need to be a driver with a car.
We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our young client with complex health needs in their family home. Our client is a 9 year old little girl who has cerebral palsy, learning disabilities and epilepsy.
Full specialist training will be provided.
