The Role - Make Every Moment Matter
As a member of the Stonewood team, you’ll deliver truly individualised care, tailored to each person’s unique needs. Our approach ensures you have the time, training and support to provide care with compassion, dignity and excellence.
You’ll be trained in a wide range of skills, including:
- Personalised, one-to-one care
- Enteral feeding
- Airway and ventilation support
- Invasive line management
- Therapy and rehabilitation support
- Supporting daily activities and independence
- Accompanying clients to appointments and activities
