We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our secondary school team. Working under the guidance of the Assistant Headteacher/SENCO you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ access to learning and helping to create an inclusive, well-structured classroom environment where all students can thrive. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality learning experiences, supporting individuals and groups of pupils, including those with additional needs and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will also provide valuable support in maintaining positive behaviour and continuity of learning. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on pupil progress and to work collaboratively within a supportive and committed school community.
