French Speaking IT Contract Recruitment Consultant

This is an opportunity to join a well-established international recruitment business with a strong reputation across the European technology market. They’re looking for someone with at least 2-3 years’ experience within IT contract recruitment who enjoys the pace of the contract market and wants the flexibility to work remotely, whilst still being connected to a collaborative London-based team.
You’ll be working across the French-speaking market, building relationships with tech professionals and clients within a fast-moving and highly lucrative space.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full contract recruitment lifecycle
- Building and developing relationships across the French tech market
- Sourcing and engaging IT contractors within specialist technology sectors
- Managing client relationships and growing existing accounts
- Negotiating contracts and delivering a high-quality recruitment service
- Working closely with an experienced international team
What they’re looking for:
- Fluent French speaker (essential)
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within IT contract recruitment
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Experience working within fast-paced recruitment environments
- Motivated, proactive and commercially minded
- Someone who enjoys autonomy and flexibility
