Health Care Assistant
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in someone’s life?
Do you want a rewarding career where your work is valued, your development is supported, and you can end each day knowing you have made a real difference?
Chamomile Care is looking for professional, caring and reliable Health Care Assistants to join our friendly team. Whether you already have experience in care or are looking for a new direction, we will give you the training, support and encouragement you need to succeed.
At Chamomile Care, we provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes, but we place equal importance on looking after our team. Your wellbeing, confidence and job satisfaction matter to us.
We believe in training our team members so well that they could leave, but treating them so well that they choose to stay.
As part of our supportive team, you will help people remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. You may support with personal care, companionship, medication prompts, meal preparation, domestic tasks, appointments and day-to-day routines. Most importantly, you will bring reassurance, dignity and kindness to the people you support.
No previous care experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training, including internal training and externally accredited courses, to help you build your skills, confidence and knowledge.
We offer flexible working hours to fit around your personal commitments, allowing you to work in your local community while being supported by our office team.
You will need a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travelling between clients is an essential part of the role. Once you learn how to fly, you can skip the driving.
If you are caring, dependable and want to be part of a team that supports one another, we would love to hear from you.
Join Chamomile Care and start a career where you are valued, supported and able to make a difference every day.
