Warehouse & Operations Assistant
Carlisle, Cumbria | Permanent | £13.00 per hour
We’re recruiting at part time 20-25 hours per week initially, but with a view that this will become a full time role should the successful candidate want this.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working with our operations team, you will help keep the department running efficiently by processing deliveries, decorating garments, and packing and dispatching orders accurately to meet customer deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Receiving and booking in deliveries
· Picking stock, folding, and packing garments
· Applying transfers to garments
· Processing shipments through our carrier portal
· Updating customers on deliveries by email and telephone
· Updating order statuses on our operating system
· Assisting with general warehouse duties
What We Are Looking For
· A strong and reliable team player with strong communication skills
· Confident IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
· A flexible approach and the ability to switch between tasks as needed.
· A full driving license is preferred.
