Aquacut Limited is recruiting four Production Operatives / Fabricators to join our growing manufacturing operations in Warrington, Cheshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for practical, hands-on individuals who enjoy working with tools, machinery and manufacturing processes. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Our specialist teams create high-quality products from porcelain, stone, bricks and roofing materials for use in commercial and residential projects across the United Kingdom.
We are investing in our future growth and are seeking motivated individuals who take pride in producing quality work and wish to develop valuable manufacturing and fabrication skills.
The Role
You will work as part of a small, friendly team operating modern industrial equipment and undertaking a variety of manufacturing processes.
Depending on production requirements, duties may include:
- Operating industrial cutting machinery.
- Processing roofing tiles and clay bricks.
- Manufacturing brick slips and specialist brick products.
- Fabrication and finishing of porcelain and stone products.
- Painting, bonding, assembly and finishing work.
- Quality inspection and packaging.
- General factory and production duties.
No two days are exactly the same and full training will be provided.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for people who:
- Enjoy practical, hands-on work.
- Take pride in producing quality work.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Are reliable and punctual.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Possess good common sense and awareness of safety.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have their own transport.
Previous manufacturing experience is welcome but not essential.
Training and Development
Full training will be provided.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to develop skills in:
- Industrial machine operation.

- Team leadership and supervision.
As our business continues to grow, existing employees will be given priority consideration for future Team Leader and supervisory opportunities.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday.
- Initial working hours during the period 07:00 – 16:30.
- Future opportunities may arise to work alternative shifts.
- Overtime available when required by production demands.
Salary and Benefits
- Starting salary: £26,500 per annum.
- Salary increase to £27,500 following successful completion of probation and training.

Locations
The role will primarily be based at our facilities at:
- Palatine Industrial Estate, Warrington.
- Stretton Distribution Centre, Appleton, Warrington.
