An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management and Building Services provider covering commercial sites across East Midlands
The successful Commercial Gas Engineer will carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault finding, servicing and repair of commercial gas and heating systems across a varied portfolio of commercial buildings.

Duties
- Commercial boiler servicing
- Reactive maintenance and breakdown repair
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Commercial heating systems maintenance
- Plant room maintenance
- Pumps, valves and associated equipment
- Gas safety inspections
- Compliance testing
- Completion of service reports
- Client-facing duties on site
Requirements
Essential:
- CODNCO1
- CIGA1
- CORT1
- ICPN1
- TPCP1A
Desirable:
- LPG qualifications
- HVAC experience
- Electrical fault-finding knowledge
