We are currently looking for an early evening cover cleaner for our Stafford business. minimum hours would be guaranteed with additional hours covering holiday and sickness.
Typical hours would be between 4pm and 7pm
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces in commercial settings
- Ensure restrooms are hygienic and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and other fixtures as required
- Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain recycling procedures
- Follow health and safety guidelines to minimise risks during cleaning activities
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding the use of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within designated timeframes
- Reliable with excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties which may involve standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting moderate loads
