Job Title: Multidrop Driver (3.5 tonne / car licence)
Location: Lisburn
Salary: £13.18 per hour (plus bonus scheme & loyalty bonus)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 32 - 40 hours per week (minimum hours – overtime may be required as needed)
4am start Monday – Friday

Dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our diverse client base, we are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Multidrop Driver (3.5 tonne / car licence) to join our dynamic team. If you are skilled in managing multiple deliveries, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to maintaining high standards of service, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 3.5 tonne vehicle (panel van), conducting multiple deliveries of dairy products (chilled / frozen / multi-temp) per day to various customer locations.
- Accurately manage and complete all delivery paperwork (using a handheld device).
- Load and unload goods, ensuring secure and efficient handling of products.
- Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to meet scheduled timeframes.
- Ensure all deliveries are made correctly, on time and in good condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle checks, reporting any maintenance issues to the transport manager.
- Regular cleaning of vehicle to adhere with food safety standards.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations, company procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with any other duties as required by the transport team (this will include working in the production facility during off-peak season).
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license.
- Proven experience in multidrop deliveries (preferred).
- Experience with early morning starts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physically fit and capable safe manual handling.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime, early starts, and additional weekends as required.
