The Opportunity
This is a unique, "once-in-a-career" role for an ambitious, high-energy individual to shadow and support the Founder and Managing Director of a diverse group of companies. With a combined turnover exceeding £20 million, our portfolio spans Hospitality, E-commerce, and Property Development.
This isn't a traditional 9-to-5 administrative role and it isn't glamorous. However, you will be at the epicentre of a fast-paced business environment, gaining an intimate look at the inner workings of multiple successful enterprises. For the right candidate, this role offers a direct pathway to leadership and the opportunity to develop and head new business ventures.
The working hours will be a minimum of 45 hours per week.
The Role
Your mission is to act as the MD’s "right hand," ensuring both professional and personal operations run with seamless efficiency. Duties are exceptionally varied and include:
Strategic Support: Shadowing the MD in high-level meetings and assisting with project management across five distinct companies.
Digital Growth: Managing social media presence and overseeing content editing/marketing strategy.
Operations: Assisting with e-commerce operations, workflows and hospitality management.
Lifestyle Management: Providing comprehensive support for family duties and travel logistics to maximize the MD’s productivity.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is as comfortable editing a marketing video as they are organizing an event or managing a household task.
