Are You the One?
We’re looking for someone who is:
- ✔A current Senior Carer, Team Leader, or experienced Care Assistant
- ✔Confident with training staff, conducting spot checks, and risk assessments
- ✔Holds (or is working towards) a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care
- ✔ Has 3–6 months domiciliary care experience within the last 3 years
- ✔A driver with your own car
- ✔ Able to work every other weekend and support nearby branches if needed
- PASS and Care Planner knowledge? Even better!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Visiting clients to carry out assessments and create care plans
- Providing emergency support and cover when needed
- Conducting risk assessments, reviews, and supervisions
- Supporting and training staff to ensure outstanding care
- Performing spot checks and quality audits alongside the Branch Manager
