Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Dispenser/acd to join our team covering Tollcross Glasgow in our community-focused pharmacy this role is vital in ensuring patients receive accurate medications and excellent care, aligning with our commitment to health and well-being.
Also one permanent based role covering east end branches.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and medication advice.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in stock management and ordering supplies.
- Support the pharmacy team with daily operations.
- Educate patients on medication use and potential side effects.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a pharmacy technician or dispenser.
- Knowledge of medication administration and pharmacy procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is preferred.
- A qualification in pharmacy services or related field is advantageous.
