Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the organisation’s client base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach strategies.
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach with a strategic mindset focused on achieving targets.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, marketing, or related fields are desirable but not essential.

Pay: £29,500.00-£450,000.00 per year
