KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook food from our casual dining menu with particular attention placed on presentation of food.
- Use fresh, seasonal ingredients to create flavourful, comforting dishes with a focus on quality and authenticity from our set menu.
- Work efficiently to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food to customers.
- Ensure food meets Food Hygiene and Safety Regulations.
- Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff.
- Assist in food preparation, inventory management and menu planning when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure the kitchen is organized, well-maintained and kept clean and tidy.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably you will have cooking experience in a hospitality environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene and Safety Regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality of your role.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and busy holiday periods.
