We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Supporting individuals with personal care needs while respecting their dignity and privacy
- Helping clients adhere to personalised care plans tailored to their specific requirements
- Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
- Assisting with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supporting clients with light domestic tasks and errands as needed
- Ensuring a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines

Skills
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills to follow care plans accurately
- Ability to use IT systems for record keeping and reporting purposes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic approach
- Driving licence is essential for this role
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering consistent care
