Role Overview
You will be responsible for the professional application of sealants and mastics across a range of sites, ensuring clean finishes and high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Application of silicone, acrylic, and fire-rated mastics
- Sealing bathrooms, kitchens, windows, curtain walling, and expansion joints
- Working on residential, commercial, and fit-out projects
- Surface preparation and finishing to a high standard
- Ensuring all work meets health & safety requirements
- Maintaining tools and keeping work areas tidy
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mastic Man / Sealant Applicator
- Valid CSCS Card
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
