Urban Automotive is looking for a highly driven, commercially minded sales professional who thrives on winning new business.
This is not an account management role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue. You'll be responsible for developing new B2B partnerships, growing dealer networks, and driving sales of Urban Automotive's premium vehicle conversion and styling programmes across the UK and international markets.

What You'll Be Doing
- Converting high-quality inbound enquiries into profitable sales opportunities.
- Proactively identifying and winning new B2B customers and dealer partners.
- Building relationships with vehicle dealers, luxury automotive specialists, leasing companies, and industry stakeholders.
- Creating and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Presenting Urban Automotive's products and programmes to prospective partners.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Contributing directly to Urban Automotive's continued growth and expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- A natural hunter mentality with a desire to win new business.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Confidence engaging with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.
- Motor trade experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience within automotive parts, aftermarket products, vehicle conversions, dealer development, or luxury automotive sectors would be advantageous.
