We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities
- Handling correspondence via email and postal services efficiently
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrable phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: £16,000.00-£17,000.00 per year
