Foredowne Kennels and Cattery are currently seeking a bright, bubbly, animal-loving, social media friendly individual to cover our Reception desk for four days a week, Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday.
We are one of the busiest kennels and catteries in Devon and the successful candidate will have to possess an excellent customer service and telephone manner to communicate with the varied customers of the kennels and cattery. The receptionist will also need to engage with a wide range of external animal agencies and charities.
Duties will include taking phone calls, greeting customers and their furry friends, taking bookings and payments over the phone, sending and receiving emails and also responding to social media communications.
Training will be provided on the kennels online booking system and kennel procedures. Additional animal related training is possible and thoroughly encouraged which goes hand in hand with our "Continuous Improvement" beliefs.
Plenty of staff car parking is available, a generous discount scheme in the shop and kennels and the ability to bring your dog to work is an added bonus.
