Mobile Forklift Engineer - About the Role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Forklift Engineer to join our growing service team. This is a field-based role, responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of forklift trucks and material handling equipment at customer sites.
You will be working with a professional and supportive engineering team, representing the business to the highest standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Mobile Forklift Engineer - Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs on forklift trucks and material handling equipment
- Diagnose electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults efficiently
- Complete all job-related documentation accurately and on time
- Liaise professionally with customers and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures at all times
Mobile Forklift Engineer - About You
- Proven experience as a forklift engineer or similar mobile plant engineer
- Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile role
- Full UK driving licence
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
