The Payload:
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary per year + a substantial end-of-year profit share (which has paid out over £5,000 in the past).

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Strictly no weekends!

Holiday: 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.

Training: Full training and development provided—including the opportunity to gain your MOT tester license if you don't already have one.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Carrying out routine servicing, regular maintenance, and multi-point health checks to high standards.

Diving into a massive variety of work—handling everything from brakes and suspension to clutches, diagnostics, and full mechanical overhauls.

Utilizing modern diagnostic equipment to efficiently fault-find and solve mechanical and electrical issues.

Prepping vehicles for MOT testing and working alongside our testing team to ensure 100% road safety.

Contributing to a clean, well-organized workspace and maintaining a great team atmosphere.
What We Need From You:
- Experience: An experienced Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic who is comfortable working on a wide range of everyday makes and models.

Qualifications: Level 3 Qualified (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) is preferred, but your practical ability and reliable work ethic are what count.

Mindset: A reliable team player who takes real pride in their workmanship, enjoys a close-knit team environment, and wants a stable, long-term home.

A full UK driving licence.
