We are seeking an Experienced Hair Stylistto join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairdressing and beauty, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Duties
- Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Offer specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application
- Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling additional services or retail items
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients
- Mentor junior staff and apprentices to support their professional development
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the salon
- Support store management tasks as required, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Deliver excellent customer service by building rapport and ensuring client satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, and colour techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability in store management and organisational skills
- Expertise in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining client trust
- Mentoring experience to guide less experienced staff or apprentices
- Proficiency in managing front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client records
