What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and growing your own specialist recruitment market
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Winning new business and developing existing accounts
- Managing recruitment campaigns from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and networking
- Negotiating offers and delivering successful placements
- Conducting client meetings and developing new opportunities
- Working towards targets, earning commission and building a successful desk
