Natural Stone Surfaces are a leading fabricator of stone worktops. We are based in Chapel-en-le-Frith and cover the whole of the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Showroom Sales Representative based in Oxford, working alongside one of our associates.
We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Assistant / Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced showroom environment.
This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has an interest in design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
The Role
You will be working face-to-face with customers in our showroom, helping them discuss their projects and understand their needs. This includes:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a busy showroom setting
- Discussing customer projects and recommending suitable products
- Advising on colours, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Supporting general administrative tasks related to sales
- Providing excellent customer service from enquiry to order
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Good organisational and admin skills
- Sales or showroom experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Reliable and available to work weekends
Hours & Pay
- Weekend work required
- Between 16 hours and 32 hours per week including Saturday and Sunday
- £20 per hour for weekend work, £13.33 per hour for any time worked in the week
